Label Lounge sources designer products through our supplier network. Some items are held and ready to dispatch, while others are sourced to order. Because of this, dispatch and delivery times can vary by product.

Order confirmation and availability

If an item needs to be sourced, we may need to confirm supplier availability before fulfilment. If there is an issue with availability, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery.

UK and international orders

Available delivery services, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout where applicable. International customers may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes or other import charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
